In the redevelopment of an office building, we give an outdated or vacant property a new purpose. We create an identity, which we translate into a concept. This concept is then turned into a design, followed by a budget to ultimately bring the project to life. In this way, we revive a building and bring it back to the market.
But we don’t just jump into action. We start with thorough market research. Who will be renting this building? What do they find important? What facilities do they need to support their work optimally?
And it doesn’t stop at the interior spaces. We also consider the exterior areas—gardens, sports facilities, and all the elements needed to attract and convince the right tenants. We (re)develop these to create an appealing total concept that can be launched as a new property on the market.
Everything is possible, both in terms of structural and aesthetic redevelopment. For example, we enjoy creating additional space or transforming a single-tenant building into a multi-tenant one, adding shared facilities in the process. This results in space savings and lower operational costs for the individual tenants.
