In the Edge Stadium in Amsterdam, we have created a forward-thinking work environment for Henkel. As a Detail & Build partner, we were responsible for the technical design, execution, and Health & Safety on-site.
With a strong focus on sustainability and well-being, and certified according to BREEAM and WELL standards, we have designed a workspace that fully aligns with Henkel’s vision and needs.

Project Case
For Henkel, we have created a forward-thinking work environment in the Edge Stadium, tailored to their vision and needs, and certified according to BREEAM and WELL standards. Henkel’s high sustainability requirements led to the use of biodegradable paint, reusable partition walls, and certified sustainable materials.
A key feature, designed by Fokkema & Partners, is the Community Area—an eye-catching circular space near the entrance that leaves a lasting first impression. The technical challenges, such as integrating fire safety systems and climate installations, were successfully addressed through close collaboration between our technical design team and project manager.
Well-being was a key component of the design and execution process. Workspaces are strategically positioned near natural light sources, and a wide variety of space types have been created, ranging from open work areas to focus rooms and project spaces.
Despite tight deadlines and changes, the project was successfully completed to the highest standards, thanks to the close collaboration between all involved parties. A result to be proud of!
