For larger companies, moving is often the opportunity to implement broader changes. We’d be happy to think along with you on this. But even without moving, it might be time for an entirely new office environment. As an end user of an office building, you often have a specific request. After all, it’s about your identity and work processes. As a property owner, you might not yet know which end users will occupy the space. In that case, we look for more general advice while still creating a clear positioning. What is the greatest need here? How are you complementary to what already exists? We think strategically with you. We look for what is important to your organization and its employees. The process of uncovering that information and then translating it into a customized recommendation is workplace consultancy.

Workplace consultancy is about people. If you want to create good workplace advice for an organization, you first need to listen very carefully to that organization. That is a key part of a consultancy project at Ditt. What exactly do you do, and what do the people in your company do? And how can they be best facilitated in that? We gather information at both the organizational and building levels. Organizationally, this involves work processes and identity, the company’s unique strengths. We see the building as the framework within which you work. Based on that input, our consultants get to work on a customized recommendation for your organization.

We advise you on which building would suit you best if you are looking for a (new) premises. And if that building already exists, we look at how to best integrate your identity and work processes within it.

“We don’t just pour one sauce over the entire company, but zoom in on the different parts of the organization.” We offer each of them a custom solution. And you can only do that by paying very close attention to the input. So that’s what we do.

We are aware that an organization consists of different components, each requiring its own approach. To provide tailored advice for all these components, we pay a great deal of attention to the input.

We delve into your organization through workshops, interviews, and interactive sessions. Not only with the management but also with the people on the ground.

From all this input, we make analyses and provide recommendations. We compile a report that the entire company should be able to agree with. We call it an ambition document. This document represents the ambitions of the organization. Depending on the initial request, this report may include office design recommendations, a roadmap, a Program of Requirements (PvE), sustainability or housing advice, or other relevant recommendations.

The depth we aim for in this phase results in better solutions and a more effective follow-up process. The outcome of this consultancy process forms a perfect foundation for the design phase.

Workplace consultancy is the ‘proof’ that as a company, you listen to your employees and take good care of them. Resulting in more productive employees. Because you provide them with a better place, listen to them more attentively, make them feel safer, inspire them, and facilitate better collaboration.
