Where hard work is done, it's important to unwind from time to time. “Work hard, play hard” is a phrase we identify with. We work together, and we relax together. We have lunch together, exercise together, raise a glass on Fridays, celebrate birthdays, and our staff parties are known for being extra special. Work and relaxation stimulate each other mutually.

Consider our visit to the Zwarte Cross, our regular seats at the Arena, and our Ditt dinners. This foundation of connectedness is invaluable and remains a key pillar of the Ditt working method.

In collaboration with Foundation Goal, we as a team are committed to providing seniors and those in need of care with an unforgettable day. By going out together and offering extra helping hands, we give this group and the care institutions the opportunity to enjoy unique activities. It’s not only a way to help them but also to bring our team closer together and make a meaningful contribution.
Tkramrepus
In a time when poverty and food shortages are becoming increasingly problematic, we have joined forces with Tkramrepus, an innovative reverse supermarket. With the powerful motto “not to take, but to give,” Tkramrepus invites everyone to donate foodstuffs. These donations go to people in need, including those with a city pass or food bank card. By working together during our events, we strengthen our shared mission to make a positive impact. One of our contributions was the establishment of Tkramrepus’ very first location on Czaar Peterstraat in Amsterdam.
Officelands
At Officelands, our annual event, it’s all about the festive launch of our portfolio magazine and surprising our guests with a program they won’t soon forget. It’s a moment when we proudly look back on the past year, but also look ahead and share our future plans. Officelands represents innovation, creativity, and connection!

Freedom Meal
On Liberation Day, we, together with Stadsdorp Zuid, organize a special gathering where we reflect on our freedom with our local residents, partners, and colleagues. Our office, located on Michelangelostraat in a neighborhood with a rich history related to World War II, makes this moment feel especially meaningful. Together with our neighbors, we sit down for a Freedom Meal and open a dialogue about what freedom means to all of us.
Zwarte Cross
The unique mix of Twente’s down-to-earth attitude and Amsterdam’s boldness during our annual trip to the Zwarte Cross! This is the moment when, together with our partners, we break the daily routine and get to know each other better in a relaxed and enjoyable way. Surrounded by the vibrant energy of this legendary festival, we create wonderful memories!
