The clubhouse consists of a work zone and an assessment zone, with the social heart situated in the center, fostering connection between the two zones. The work zone focuses on collaboration and development, featuring a harmonious atmosphere, while the assessment zone is designed for comfort and privacy, offering a quiet and comfortable space.
