On the 3rd and 4th floors, you’ll find offices ranging from standard rooms to executive suites, along with various meeting spaces. For the ultimate experience, head to the 21st floor. This floor features exclusive office spaces, royal suites, and additional amenities such as a health and spa center, an executive boardroom, the Firebird restaurant, and a rooftop terrace with views of the Amsterdam skyline. Unique Connection
The uniquely designed staircase, made from various types of wood, creates a beautiful connection between the different floors. Although building it was a challenge, it now stands as an impressive focal point within the entire office concept.
Material Mix
A sustainable mix of materials was chosen, including tabletops made from recycled plastic. We aimed for local production for elements such as carpentry, ceilings, and walls.
