Ditt Officemakers heeft een modern en onderscheidend kantoor van 805 m2 gerealiseerd dat perfect aansluit bij de ambities van Linde Kroon, een elektro-installatiebedrijf. Het nieuwe pand biedt niet alleen functionele werkplekken, maar fungeert ook als een opvallend visitekaartje voor klanten.
Een bijzonder detail is de verwijzing naar Sluis 6, een historische sluis die ooit op deze locatie stond. Dit erfgoed is subtiel verwerkt in het ontwerp met kiezel tapijt, profielglas en een blauwe vilten lijn, die samen de routing door het pand versterken.
Unique elements make the office truly special. The Formula 1 simulators, a nod to the company’s motorsport culture, serve as a striking relaxation feature. The lighting design around the central staircase grabs attention not only inside but also from the road. This combination of history, innovation, and style makes the building a true eye-catcher.
The collaboration was smooth and pleasant, bringing a fresh dynamic to the process. The end result has been highly praised in Dedemsvaart and highlights the forward-thinking identity of Linde Kroon.
