Ditt was once again engaged as the Design Build partner to create an impressive office for Move Agency (formerly Move4Mobile) in Zwolle. The design concept divides the office floor into three zones, visually marked by colorful frames that reflect the organization’s dynamic nature. Move Agency sought a cozy and personalized “clubhouse” that encourages interactions, featuring strategically placed coffee points and a flowing route around the atrium. The move to the former City Post building provided room for growth, with two new floors added. From the top floor, Move Agency offers a stunning and expansive view over the city.

Project Case
The renewed collaboration with Ditt has resulted in a stunning final outcome, with the design thoughtfully considering the breathtaking views, abundant natural light, and the integration of the brass-colored facade into the interior. Future-proofing is ensured through a flexible layout, multifunctional spaces, and a timeless color palette. Sustainability is at the core, evidenced by certifications such as an A-label, Green Label, and BREEAM Excellent certification, supported by a geothermal energy storage system (WKO), solar panels, climate ceilings, and a location near the station for sustainable accessibility. The office design also emphasizes the reuse of furniture and multifunctional usability.
Did you know? The coffee bar can be transformed into the perfect spot for a Friday afternoon drink (vrij-mi-bo) thanks to the versatile lighting.
