For our client, RWE, we designed a unique and future-proof office in Utrecht, with the ambition to roll out this concept to multiple locations in the Netherlands and beyond. The goal was to create a corporate identity that reflects the hybrid working concept. The project stands out for the unprecedented speed at which we moved: from pitch to final design in just one week. The design is not only aligned with RWE’s corporate identity but also with the future, featuring flexible layouts and sustainable elements such as BREEAM design and wellness amenities. In doing so, we have not only met RWE’s expectations but also delivered an efficient and sustainable office.

Project Case
Concept
From pitch to realization, a powerful concept took shape in just five days. The success of this presentation opened the doors to further development, where we strengthened and refined the original idea based on valuable feedback. The concept, centered around the theme of Energy, reflects the essence of RWE as a German energy company with a global presence, including in the Netherlands. Energy, a concept that is difficult to define simply, is at the core of our design. Inspired by the various forms of energy, we developed a floor plan that serves as the foundation for the entire project. We bring energy flows to life in the design through movement, flow, and energy paths. In line with the colors from the RWE Brandbook and with sustainability in mind, we present a design that is not only visually appealing but also reflects RWE’s core values.
In Progress
We are currently working on 5,500 m² of renovated offices in Geertruidenberg for RWE. The workspaces are being made more sustainable and contribute to improved employee well-being.
BREEAM Certificate
The RWE office, located on the 19th floor of the building in Utrecht, proudly holds a BREEAM certificate.
Well-being
RWE places great importance on a suitable office environment, with spaces specifically designed for employee well-being. For example, there is a well-being room that provides space for prayer or meditation.
