Zanders

Zanders is moving from a stately villa in Bussum to the newly constructed, BREEAM-certified Central Park in Utrecht. An office floor on the 15th level overlooks the city center of Utrecht and is right next to the Central Station. For their new workspace, we have applied the Activity-Based Working concept, which perfectly aligns with the evolving organization in today’s era. You enter the social heart of Zanders, where meeting rooms provide a sound buffer between the workstations, which are strategically positioned in the corners. The workstations are divided into zones: on one side, you collaborate effectively with your team, while on the other side, the design is more focused on concentrated work.
